The plain-spoken agreement between you and AisleShot. Please read it before creating a gallery — by using the service, you accept these terms.
Last updated: 24 May 2026 · Effective immediately
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Rivio MB, a company registered in Lithuania ("AisleShot", "we", "us"), governing your access to and use of the AisleShot website, applications, and services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or uploading content, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. The service
AisleShot lets a couple ("host") create a private wedding gallery, share a unique link and QR code, and collect photos and videos uploaded by their guests. Guests can contribute without an account by scanning the host's QR code or opening the gallery link. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service.
3. Accounts
Hosts must register with accurate information and keep their login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use. You may close your account at any time.
4. One-time payment per wedding
AisleShot is sold as a single, one-time payment per wedding. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Each purchase covers one wedding gallery, with the features and storage period of the plan you select (for example, Free, Core, or Premium).
Prices are shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes. Creating a second gallery for a different event requires a separate purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe; by paying, you also agree to Stripe's terms. We may update our prices, but a change never affects a gallery you have already paid for.
5. Refunds & withdrawal
You can preview the Service for free and only pay when you choose to go live. As a consumer in the EU you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, where you ask us to make the paid gallery available immediately, you acknowledge that you may lose that right once the digital service has been fully provided. If something has gone wrong, contact us — we aim to be fair and resolve issues quickly.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
—Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or that infringes anyone's rights.
—Upload content depicting a person without an appropriate basis to share their image.
—Distribute malware, attempt to breach security, or disrupt the Service.
—Resell, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it for any event other than the wedding it was purchased for.
We may remove content or suspend access that breaches these rules.
7. Content ownership & licence
You and your guests keep ownership of the photos and videos you upload. AisleShot does not claim ownership of your content. You grant us only the limited, worldwide licence necessary to host, store, process, display, and let authorised people download that content for the purpose of operating the Service — and for no other purpose. This licence ends when the content is deleted, subject to routine backup cycles.
By uploading content, you confirm you have the right to do so and to grant this licence.
8. Guests & hosts
The host controls who is invited to a gallery and decides its fate at the end of the storage period. The host is responsible for the conduct of the guests they invite and for handling requests from people depicted in the photos. Guests who contribute agree to these Terms in respect of their uploads. AisleShot is not a party to any arrangement between a host and their guests.
9. Availability & storage
We work hard to keep the Service available and your memories safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Storage duration is defined by the plan you purchased; after it ends, content is scheduled for deletion following notice to the host. We strongly encourage hosts to download a full-resolution copy of their gallery before the storage period expires.
10. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under Lithuanian or EU consumer law.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant wedding gallery. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of content where you have not kept your own copy.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your gallery at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to download your content first. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — such as content licence wind-down, liability, and governing law — will continue to apply.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights you enjoy in your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Lithuanian courts, again without limiting any right you have to bring proceedings in your home country.
13. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify hosts by email or in the app. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
